Ticketing Assistant
Location: Leeds.
Hours: 35 hours per week
Salary: £23,132.20
Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about live events? We’re looking for a proactive Ticketing Assistant to join the team at Futuresound Group and support the smooth delivery of ticketing operations across our portfolio of events.
About the Role
Reporting to the Ticketing Manager, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the efficient administration of ticketing processes across all group companies. From coordinating ticket allocations to supporting large-scale outdoor event gate operations, you’ll help deliver a seamless experience for customers, colleagues, venues, promoters, and agents.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced live events environment where accuracy, communication, and teamwork are key.
Please note this role is office based in Leeds city centre.
Key Responsibilities

Maximise ticket sales revenue through effective management of allocations, accurate distribution, and detailed sales reporting

Liaise with internal teams, event promoters, venues, artist agents, and ticketing outlets to ensure smooth coordination

Provide timely and accurate sales data to the Marketing Department to inform campaign strategy

Assist with the accurate set-up of events across all ticketing platforms

Collate sales data from all outlets and produce comprehensive bi-weekly reports for venues and agents

Manage event guest list administration with discretion and precision

Handle customer enquiries via email and telephone, delivering excellent service

Support ticketing and gate operations at large-scale outdoor events

Administer access bookings in line with event requirements and accessibility standards
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:

Experienced in ticketing (desirable but not essential)

Numerically confident with strong Microsoft Excel skills

Highly organised and able to manage deadlines, especially during busy periods

An excellent written and verbal communicator

Detail-focused with a high level of accuracy

Flexible, adaptable, and keen to learn

Confident using Microsoft Office applications

Willing to work outside standard office hours when required to support events (with appropriate reimbursement provided)
Additional Information
As part of a growing live events business, there may occasionally be duties outside of this job description to support the smooth running and sustainability of the company. Any changes will always be discussed with you in advance by your line manager.
