The group portfolio also includes award winning national festivals Slam Dunk and Live at Leeds and is also home to respected and renowned music venues The Key Club and The Wardrobe, which welcome a host of high-profile touring artists throughout the year.
About the Role
As Social Media Content Manager, you will play an instrumental role in shaping and executing our social media presence across a range of brands within Futuresound Group’s events portfolio, including Slam Dunk Festival, Futuresound Events, Live at Leeds, and Live at Ludlow Castle.
You will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging social media campaigns, owning and executing our organic social strategies, and leading the day-to-day delivery of all organic content. You will be highly organised, ideas-driven, and detail-oriented, with the ability to work effectively under pressure. You will also have a proven track record of working in a high-volume environment and delivering against tight deadlines.
Responsibilities:

Develop and execute social media campaigns to support event announcements, on-sales, and drive marketing activity.

Maintain content calendars and ensure all social activity is delivered according to campaign timelines.

Work closely with designers, promoters, PR teams, photographers, and videographers to create engaging content.

Analyse channel performance and provide regular reporting, insights, and recommendations.

Identify emerging social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep content fresh and effective.

Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent identity.

Track ticket sales and optimise content based on sales data.

Collaborate with artists, agents, venues, sponsors, and partners to maximise campaign reach and engagement.

Manage community engagement, responding to comments, messages, and customer enquiries.

Support audience growth initiatives across all social media platforms.

Brief and manage content creators, photographers, videographers, and freelance contributors where required.

Capture and manage live social media coverage at events, including real-time content creation and audience engagement.
Experience, skills, attributes & qualifications

Minimum 3+ years industry experience managing multiple social media accounts across Meta and TikTok platforms, with a proven track record of executing content calendars at a professional level.

A passion for music and live events.

A digital-first mindset and a creative approach to marketing.

Confident copywriter with strong attention to detail.

Skilled in community management and audience engagement.

Proficient in social media reporting, analytics, and campaign performance analysis.
