Times

Please check individual show listings for entry times.   Last entry will be 15 minutes after the headliner takes to the stage.  Full stage times are released closer to the event.

Age Restrictions
Children under 14 years of age (aged 5-13) must be always accompanied by a parent or guardian (18 or over) and will need to purchase a full-price ticket.  Children under 5 are not permitted.  Live at Kirkstall Abbey does not accept any parental or supervisory duty of care of liability for any under 18’s on-site.
A check 25 age verification policy will be in operation for the sale or supply of alcohol. The promoters reserve the right to refuse to serve alcohol to those that are intoxicated, or are likely to become intoxicated if further alcohol is served


Prohibited Items

Live at Kirkstall Abbey is a series of live music events taking place within the grounds of Kirkstall Abbey.  Please note, all events are standing events and seating will not be provided or permitted into the venue.

 

Your safety at Kirkstall Abbey is paramount and we continuously liaise with the appropriate authorities to ensure robust security measures are in place.  To ensure this is a safe environment mandatory bag searches will be carried out and we may search you, your clothing or other items.

Several items are prohibited; these include but are not exhausted to:

·      Glass bottles of any kind, 

·      Alcohol,
·       Perfumes in glass bottles

·       Aerosols

·       Toiletries over 100ml

·      Food & Drink – should you need to bring an item of food or drink with you due to medical or religious requirements, please contact the event organiser prior to arrival.

·      Large, professional cameras,

·      Recording equipment,

·      Chairs & foldout blankets,

·      Large sports umbrellas (small, handbag sized umbrellas are permitted), 

·      Bags larger than A3 size (30cm x 42cm x 19cm)

Ticket Information 
 

Post code pre-sale 

Residents with postcodes LS4, LS5, LS13, LS18 are entitled to an exclusive 48-hour pre-sale ahead of tickets being released on general sale.

Postcode presale tickets must be purchased through the 'postcode presale link'. 

Step 1 > Click the 'events' section on our website.

Step 2 > Click the 'Buy postcode presale' link for the relevant show you wish to purchase. 

Step 3 > Enter the first part of your postcode (LS4, LS5, LS13, LS18) into the 'use code' box.

Step 4 > Select your choice of ticket type and proceed to purchase. 

 

Please note, the first part of your postcode must match the billing address used at time of purchase. 

Premium Tickets
Premium tickets include: 

 

  • Premium Entrance (please note this opens at the same time as all gates)

  • Premium Hang Out Area located in the Historic Abbey’s Cloister with Private bar and toilets.

 

Please note you cannot see the stage from the Premium area and there is no additional viewing platform for these tickets. The ground in the Cloister is of varying levels and can be difficult to navigate, therefore these tickets are NOT suitable for customers with mobility issues.

This a standing venue and no camping chairs, rugs, stools or other furniture will be permitted within the venue

Please be aware there is no readmission after entry.

On The Day Facilities

Food & Drink 

Food and drink may not be brought into the event. However, a wide range of food and drink options will be available inside, catering to all dietary requirements.

Customers are permitted to bring one empty refillable plastic water bottle (up to 500ml in size), which can be refilled at designated points. Alternatively, customers may bring one unopened plastic water bottle (up to 500ml) into the event.


Should you need to bring an item of food or drink with you due to medical or religious requirements, please email access@futuresoundgroup.com prior to arrival to arrange.

 

Seating

All music events are standing only, customers are not permitted to bring their own chairs into the event.  

Weather 

Live at Kirkstall Abbey is an open-air event, so please plan for the forecasted weather.  Small personal, handbag sized umbrellas are permitted but large sporting umbrellas are not.
